Hi! I’m currently an employee here! Working here has been extremely difficult. Pay is always late or there’s an issue. Tuesday of last week I was told the “power was out” and I’d be told when to come back, I haven’t been back in a week and was told “It’s been crazy. I’ll give you a buzz”. Crickets…. Upon going into the office today, everything was working fine? This is after having asked for full time hours TWICE! Never have I once been paid late by ADP before . ADP has paid on time in previous companies. He’s an exception? Uh no. Other employees have come to the office asking about pay because he’s not answering the phone or text messages. Again, there’s always an excuse for why something doesn’t get done. Keep expectations extremely low for anything fair. It won’t get done. Applying through indeed? Read the reviews. Even had a customer who left a bad review previously in the office for wrong doing that fell on the owners part because he was unable to be reached. Think twice and think smart.I’ll continue to update the longer I’m not paid. Text messages are kept. And I will be seeking other formal avenues if all of my pay isn’t given to me as is due. Down to the dime.

I typically don’t give reviews, however, when credit is due, I will. From the very beginning of scheduling to the services rendered, everyone was polite & professional. I am highly satisfied and would definitely recommend if you are looking for carpet cleaning or house cleaning. Thank you Triple D’s for your prompt, courteous service.

The young man that came to my residence was polite and professional. Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with the results and felt unsure from the very beginning if he can do a good job. I called and spoke with a manager concerning my worries, but I still wasn't confident in her answers. Once the job was completed and when I returned home. I was dissatisfied. I called back and spoke with the manager and was told it's a possibility I will have to wait 30 days for a redue. I wasn't able to speak with the owner. I received no apology or reassurance that this will be resolved immediately. I was not rude or disrespectful to the manager over the phone conversations. But she no longer wanted to hear from me and decided to disconnect the call. I have never experienced such treatment like this before from someone in a professional business.
